Inspection, testing and maintenance software
CodeGreen ITM started right here at Titan. Joe Montuori wrote the inspection software he wanted for his own shop, and the report is done before you're back in the truck. Twenty-one inspection programs, one app, one price.
60-day free evaluation, no credit card. Available to contractors across the United States.
Why a fire alarm contractor built software
Titan is a working fire alarm company. Every week there are panels to test, devices to walk, deficiencies to write up and reports to get to the fire marshal. The large platforms on the market are built for large companies: seat minimums, sales calls before you can see a screen, and inspection forms full of questions that don't apply to the building in front of you.
So Joe wrote his own. He laid out every question the way a technician talks, and Sam Zimmerman, a senior software developer, built it into an app that holds up in a basement with no signal. Today it runs Titan's inspections and saves more than 70 hours a month in Joe's own shop.
Then other contractors asked for it. CodeGreen ITM is now its own company, sold to fire and life safety contractors across the United States, and support still goes straight to Joe and Sam.
Twenty-one programs
Switch on only the services you sell and add more as you grow. Put several on one visit and the customer gets one combined report.
For the technician and the office
Questions follow the system you set up. No pages of N/A on every visit.
Inspect, write deficiencies and finish the report with no signal.
Bring in devices from a point report, spreadsheet, PDF or photo. Nothing saves until you check it.
Enter the readings and the curve is plotted against the 95% line on the report.
Before and after photos, open items tracked in the office, hand-off to a subcontractor when needed.
A dispatch board by day, week and month, with each technician's qualifications per service.
Read it before you buy anything
The sample reports on codegreenitm.com are real CodeGreen ITM output: fire alarm, fire pump, sprinkler, kitchen hood, fire door and a combined visit. Your logo and license number go on every one.
Pricing
Includes your first technician, plus $25 a month for each additional technician.
A flat rate per technician, per month.
For fire alarm designers
Clean, lightweight, AutoCAD-native tools that run on the commands you already know. Simple to use, and built to save designers time.

CodeGreen ITM is inspection, testing and maintenance software for fire and life safety contractors. Technicians run inspections on iPhone, iPad or Android, and the office handles dispatch, deficiencies and reports in any browser. It was written by Joseph Montuori, the NICET Level IV fire alarm contractor who runs Titan Fire Protection.
CodeGreen ITM started inside Titan. Joe wrote it around the way Titan's own inspections actually run, and Titan uses it every day. CodeGreen ITM is its own company, and the software is sold to contractors across the United States.
Twenty-one programs: fire alarm, emergency lighting, extinguishers, call for aid, kitchen hood suppression and cleaning, fire doors, auxiliary systems, the NFPA 25 water-based systems (sprinkler, standpipe, fire pumps, private mains, tanks, water spray, foam-water and water mist), and five low voltage and security programs.
Up to six technicians, it is $125 a month including your first technician, plus $25 a month for each additional technician. At seven or more technicians it is a flat $95 per technician per month. Every program is included, with no implementation fee and no card to start.
